It's called "The Yarn Girls Guide to Kid Knits". I'm currently making the roll edge v-neck sweater as a Christmas gift for my nephew but I changed it up with colors, it was sooo easy to adjust, that's what I love about the book.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03417404726965818867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15639962.post-1151867566762154182006-07-02T15:12:00.000-04:002006-07-02T15:12:00.000-04:00I don't buy craft books either..don't think you ar...I don't buy craft books either..don't think you are cheap like you say. We maybe see repetitive projects over and over and I just buy something if it's really cool. But I like magazines though. Love photographs and mags that inspire me.
I keep all my thread in zips too. Love them!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15639962.post-1151852293191208112006-07-02T10:58:00.000-04:002006-07-02T10:58:00.000-04:00your observations of toddlers is soooo true - i ca...your observations of toddlers is soooo true - i can (and do) spend hour upon hour just watching our girls in amazement. delighting in the wonder they find in simple objects and experiences most of us would overlook. i wish you continued enjoyment with your little one!

and the WIP box is brilliant! alas, mine would be boxessssssss.
best!
~jjenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11756698347169759989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15639962.post-1151771853421186912006-07-01T12:37:00.000-04:002006-07-01T12:37:00.000-04:00i think i might have to get that book.....and rock...i think i might have to get that book.....

and rock/boat in stroller?? that is just too darling!lisa solomonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11824254691379334918noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15639962.post-1151768286599480612006-07-01T11:38:00.000-04:002006-07-01T11:38:00.000-04:00The Floris Books of crafts to do with and for chil...The Floris Books of crafts to do with and for children are truly wonderful: Crafts Through the Year (Berger) and Toymaking with Children (Jaffke) are special favorites.

The embroidery book by Naoko Shimoda (ISBN 4-579-11032-3) is amazing for inspiration. Jane at yarnstorm scanned in a lot of great photos from it some time ago thereby enabling my purchase. It's definitely worth tracking down.
