Good Luck finding what you want.

Now on to that Playdate Tunic... I am afraid to try that one out. It seems very intimidating for a moderate beginner. I have been dying to try some of your patterns, but I have a phobia of shipping (which the deeper I get into my sewing sickness the less I seem to mind shipping since it seems to be the only way to get the really really good stuff:) I might just have to take the plunge and do it. My daughter hates when the elastic is up on her neck so I think she would love this...and I would never of thought to shorten it up for a top. They're kind of cheap - in quality and in price - so you kind of get what you pay for ($1 or $1.50 a pair). That said, we've been using them with our 15-mo old since she was 6-mo and are satisfied. (But she only started walking recently - no idea how they will wear with more abuse.)

http://tinyurl.com/kjsvxd

Love your sewing patterns but haven't gotten up the nerve to take the plunge, I am a novice (and crummy) sewer.Junehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02807743649365159492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15639962.post-84767753414923108432009-09-17T23:58:13.820-04:002009-09-17T23:58:13.820-04:00Oh, we did just buy some white fold-over socks wit...Oh, we did just buy some white fold-over socks with scalloped edges from Baby Gap, 5/$10. Meg will 2nd this for me, she's the one that convinced me of their quality and WOW! I'm sold. The socks are just fold-over, not eyelet lace. If you're wanting more of ruffly type, I just get them at Target, but I just noticed Hanna carries them, too.

Hanna Link: http://www.hannaandersson.com/category.asp?id=girls_socks+%26+tights&cm_re=Fall%202009-_-Mouse%20Over%20Navigation-_-Girls%20Socks%20TightsAprilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14768004054392607130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15639962.post-81631246537935958352009-09-17T22:06:38.553-04:002009-09-17T22:06:38.553-04:00I love the tunic!
